Eileen, you are forever in my thoughts. Every day I think about you and remember all the special times I have been lucky enough to share with you throughout my life. I am so very grateful to of known such an amazing woman and feel that you played such a huge part in making me the person that I am today. I miss our chats and how you were always there to listen. I miss our singing and dancing and parading my latest buys in a catwalk show with your beautiful daughter Kate. I miss your cooking and how you would always make me my favourites and makes sure I was full to the brim. I miss the amazing holidays both you and Bob gave me throughout my childhood.
